Squat Jumps 15 with ankle weights
High Knees 20 with ankle weights
Single Leg hip press 12 each side with ankle weights
Sliding disc sliding lunges 12 each side
X3 rounds
Circuit 2
50 Straight Punches with hand weights
20 tricep extensions with hand weights
Push up 12
Mountain Climbers 20
Side dip planks 12 each side
x 3 rounds
Circuit 3
Warm up: 30 secs skip/30 secs high knees x 4 rounds
20 Jump Squats
10 ball slams with med ball
12 lunge and twist with med ball
20 hip raises
1 min squat hold
x 3 rounds
Circuit 4
12 Side plank dip each side
20 Russian twists
12 leg lowers
10 crunch and jump up
x 3 rounds
Circuit 5
Walking Lunges 45 seconds
Ball slams 20
Box Jumps 15
Crunch and jump 12
Plank 60 seconds
Swiss ball pike 12
