No excuses when it comes to exercise, all you need is 15 minutes and you can be on with your day feeling stronger.
So here's a good circuit (just posted on Instagram) to get you started on the right foot.
Warm up: 4 x 30 seconds skip or Jumping jacks (yes it warms you up)
Circuit: 1 min each x 3 rounds
Back and forth lunges
Mountain climbers
Balancing single squats
Side plank crunches
Single leg side crunch and lift
