Circuit 1.
Butt kicks 10 each side
Donkey kicks 12
Supermans (alternate arm) 20
X 3
Circuit 2.
Clams 20
Standing single leg dead lifts 10 each side
Side plank dip 12 each side
x 3
Circuit 3.
On knee tricep push ups 12
Straight leg side kicks 12 each side
crunches 12
Circuit 4.
Squat jumps 12
Lunges with leg elevated (I used a swiss ball) 12
Russian twist 20
