Butt & Core

Busy week calls for early 5am gym sessions. YUK! But has to be done so heres a butt and core circuit to have you feeling ouch but oh so good!

 

Ankle weights on for everything. Lets GO

Circuit 1. 

Butt kicks 10 each side

Donkey kicks 12

Supermans (alternate arm) 20

X 3

 

Circuit 2. 

Clams 20

Standing single leg dead lifts 10 each side

Side plank dip 12 each side

x 3

 

Circuit 3. 

On knee tricep push ups 12

Straight leg side kicks 12 each side

crunches 12

 

Circuit 4. 

Squat jumps 12

Lunges with leg elevated (I used a swiss ball) 12

Russian twist 20
