Boxing

Float like a butterfly, sting like a bee?

Nope that saying is definately not me. Ha!

If you have watched my snapchat or followed me for awhile you would know boxing is my obsession right now. I shadow box with hand weights 2/3 times a week for about 10 minutes doing different combinations check below for a sample.

I also do boxing class at Soul Personal Training and I get my husband when I need to let out some steam to bring home gloves (he is a PT) and box in our lounge room. Yes Im that obsessed.

My Benefits of boxing so far?

-Clearer head

-Tighter arms

-Cardio workout 

-Feel like a bad ass when I do it :) 

You must try it, it has changed my life, Im not great at it but I try and sometimes doing something different is the best thing you can do!
