It is getting so cold in the morning. Working out on the Balcony I was freezing my butt off!

Squat row TRX x 12

High Knee Walking lunges with ankle weights 20
Butt kicks 10 each single leg
Hip raises 20 each side
x4
Push up on knees 20
Side planks 30 secs each side (lift leg if can)
leg lowers 10
x 4
2 min skipping to finish and 5 stair runs
