Circuit 1.
Jump Squats (add ankle weights 1kg to challenge yourself) 15/20
Wall hold 1 min
Butt kicks 20 each side (ankle weights)
x 3
Circuit 2.
Burpee into squat jump x 10
Plank jump outs X 20
Froggers 15
X 3
Finish off with a 45 second squat and hold
