You didn't forget this year was the year we got that booty did you?

I thought I would add some more circuits that I have been doing the last couple weeks as well as the booty video I just added to Instagram @_agirlobsessed. Make sure to comment your thoughts, tag a friend and lets get fit and healthy together. Cant wait to see your results. 

 

Circuit 1.

Jump Squats (add ankle weights 1kg to challenge yourself) 15/20

Wall hold 1 min 

Butt kicks 20 each side (ankle weights)

x 3

 

Circuit 2. 

Burpee into squat jump x 10

Plank jump outs X 20

Froggers 15

X 3

Finish off with a 45 second squat and hold
