I have always been a believer in taking the stairs over the escalator and getting off the bus two spots early to get a little extra cardio in with the steps that I use to have to walk everyday for 5 years when I worked in the city.
Stairs are always a friend and a enemy, but boy do they make cardio a little more challenging and exciting then a straight boring run.
Next time you see steps on your run or walk embrace them your booty will thank you for it.
