So I did a circuit straight away at home, no equipment so no excuses.
Circuit 1.
High Knees 40 seconds
10 burpees
X 3
Circuit 2.
Jump Squats 10
Alternate lunges 20
Side plank 30 seconds
x 3
Circuit 3.
Butt kicks 20 each side
Push ups with clap 10
Dips 20
X 3
Now lets look better then Cindy when we are 50! Who's with me?
