I would love to say I love Yoga but let me explain.

I love how Yoga makes me feel I really do but for me the struggle is getting there, I always make excuses or prefer to do a circuit or Pilates than sit in a room and OMMMMMMMM! Does anyone else freak out when it comes to saying that out loud? Ha!
Yoga might be a struggle for some people (me included) but the benefits it brings are worth a class once a week or sparing some time at home to do a few poses.
My top Benefits:
*Helps me Focus -Important if you are a person that needs to be on point everyday
*De-Stress- Focusing on your breathe rather then your thoughts
* Good for your body- Not only helps with posture but can strengthen your body
So lets promise to take the time to do a class once a week or the Nike NTC App has a Yoga poses session you can do at home thats lasts 15 mins. Im up for that, how about you?
