THE NEW BUTT WORKOUT

I told you I'm working hard on my booty to make it 'a booty' ha! So here is my new updated booty circuit and a little something extra is my core circuit I do pretty much everyday.

3 ROUNDS

25 deep squats

1 min wall hold

12 each side 1KG Butt kicks

15 each side Clams with 1kg ankle weights

20 jump lunges

 

Core Circuit (Total 100)

25 toe touches

25 Mountain climbers

25 leg raises

25 bicycles
