Boxing Circuit

 

If you have been following me on snapchat or Instagram you know I have become obsessed with Boxing!

Whether my Husband is boxing with me or I do a circuit by myself on the bag it kills me. I know a lot of people don't have someone who they can box with all the time so I came up with a circuit that I can do by myself to get my heart rate up and have my arms burning by the end. 

 

Start with 4 rounds of 40 seconds skipping

Next:

2 punches on bag/ 1 burpee x 10 

30 seconds skipping

2 punches/ 2 lunges and work up to 10 of each 

30 seconds skipping

Left, Left, Right Punch x 10 rounds

30 seconds skipping

2 x 50 punches ( As fast as you can, but don't shorten your punches)

50 crunches/toe touches

x 2/3
