Thought I would write up a few circuits I have been doing at the gym and home lately and share with you. 

Ready? Ankle weights & Hand Weights are used. 

 

Circuit 1:

50/75/100 Jumping Jacks

20 squat Jumps

20 Jump Lunges

40 Mountain climbers

20 Dips

10 Burpees 

X2

 

Circuit 2. 

60 Skips/20 High knees/10 burpees x 2

10 pushups

20 commandoes 

10 each side side dip planks

180 reverse jump squats

X 3

Let me know how you go with these, the 180 reverse jump squats are my favourite right now. X
