Variety is the spice of life!!
Thats what they say and I completely agree. Don't you?
For me I need to add various exercises to work my whole body thats breaks up a same old walk or run.
So I thought to showcase GapFit's Summer range that I would share what exercises I do so you can add variety to your run or walk to.
Mountain Climbers: 40 reps x 3 rounds
Pushups: 10/12 reps x 3
Dips: Try and get as many out in 1 min
Squats: Use a bench or a ledge and make sure you touch it every time
15 reps x 3 rounds
Lunges: 12 reps x 3
Try it out next time you are going for a walk/run nothing better then switching things up and making the most of benches and ledges that you come across on your route.

On a side note I just recently attended the GapFit Launch at the Ivy Showroom (some of you might of seen this on Snapchat) we were taken through our paces by Lizzie Bland from Lean Bean Fitness whilst trying out the new range.
After the sweaty workout (Lizzie did not back down down she killed us ) we were treated to a gorgeous breakfast with a granola bar, fresh juices and much needed coffee whilst surrounded by the colourful activewear in the showroom (see below)
