How to work out on holidays

Even when Im on holidays I love to stay active.

 Feeling great on holidays doesn't mean killing yourself in the gym. For me its long walks, bike rides, Kayak or a 15 minute whole body circuit in the hotel room that allows me to eat a few naughty things and not feel so guilty. Ha!

Heres a little Hotel room circuit you can do that takes no time at all and will have you feeling like you have deserved that Margarita by the pool.

 

45 Seconds 15 Seconds rest 4 rounds

Jumping lunges

squat jumps

mountain climbers

push ups to clap

plank

REPEAT

Now go and enjoy your day knowing you have sweated it out!!
