Baby got back, not really but Im trying!

We all want a better booty to fill our jeans or bikini bottoms, but its hard for some people to get perfect booty.

I have been working on my booty properly for the last year and a bit and I see a little difference but its still got a bit to go. So again in 2016 we continue the quest of baby got back of a perkier butt.

My go to Booty circuit right now is going to work your bottom so get ready.

You ready? Lets go!

 

60 seconds each 3 rounds with or without Ankle weights

(Skipping or high knees for 60 seconds to warm up legs)

 

Sumo Squats

Clams 

Single leg hip raises

Lunges with a hop

Butt kicks

Ouch I am sore after this!! X
