I am the first to admit that I dislike going to the gym especially at 5:30am but I get my butt there and work out because I love that feeling after you finish a great sweat session.
Last week Jet lag wasn't very kind to me (still isn't) and I struggled through this session but made sure I just reduced my weight and reps to accommodate for how I was feeling.
We all need a little motivation every now and then and mine was Gisele in that Stuart Weitzman commercial (Youtube it wow! ) Now get going, hope you like it and let me know what you think!

Clam walks (band around knees and squat low & walk) 3 rounds 40 seconds
Split squats on box 3 x 10 each side
Bent over KB row (10kg) 10. 12. 14
60 sec skip x 3
Lat pull down (55 pound) 3 x 12
Swiss ball plank 60 seconds x 2
Swiss ball crunches 2x 15
Finished with 3 rounds of 30 seconds of battle ropes /30 second wrest in between
Mobilty stretches
