I posted a sneak peek Circuit on Instagram Yesterday and a few people asked about the details so see below a quick circuit that requires only a skipping rope.

4 Rounds

1 min skipping 

Squat into burpee 12  

Bridge glute press 12 

Push up into plank jump outs 12 

Wall hold 45 secs 

Side plank 30 seconds on each side 

Crunches 20
