Yay its Friday & Hopefully the last day I come to the gym to workout but Im sure my Husband will get me out of bed if its going to be the coldest day on record Sunday to work out but we will see i'll keep you updated on this. Ha!

15 min boxing combos (with husband) 

10 burpees

10 cals on Air bike (hate this thing)

25 Dips 

20 squat jumps

X 3

20 pushups

20 Walk lunges

x 3 

Crunches 25

Box jumps x 12

x 3

1 min plank x 2
