Walking lunges with sandbag 3 x20
Push up with KB Deadlift 3 x 15
Barbell row 3 x12
Chin ups assisted 3 x 5
Dips 3 x20
Sit ups with Mb 3 x15
TRX T's & Y's 3 x10
3 min boxing variation on boxing bag
