My husband yet again kicked me out of bed on a Sunday morning to go do a killer workout and again I disliked him very much for doing so but after was pretty happy with myself!!

10 min cardio (bike, skipping & cross trainer)

Walking lunges with sandbag 3 x20

Push up with KB Deadlift 3 x 15

Barbell row 3 x12

Chin ups assisted 3 x 5

Dips 3 x20

Sit ups with Mb 3 x15

TRX T's & Y's 3 x10

3 min boxing variation on boxing bag
