Just because it was raining and I was working from home today doesn't give me an excuse to slack off.
I searched online and found a great circuit by bikini babes Tash & Devin from Bikini A Day and got to working out! No equipment needed. I also added a few extras on but you can see the circuit they have here.
Fire hydrants 3 x25 each side (feel the burn)
Crossover kick backs 3 x25 each side
Bent side leg lifts 3 x25 each side
Single leg hip raises 3 x25 each side
Single leg dead lifts 3 x25 each side
Balancing squats 3 x20

Diamond push ups 3 x 25
Tricep dips (I used a chair ) 3 x20
