7 minute Circuit

Yesterday I came up with a at home workout that I did which only took 21 minutes to do exactly! 

Hope you enjoy it! I also had the heater on so I was drenched after a little trick to warm up at home! haha

1 min burpees

1 min plank 

1 min mountain climbers

1 min Jump squats

1 min lunges (alternate)

1 min tricep dips with leg lifts

1 min Bicycles 

Repeat 3 times
