My Husband and I got up Sunday and did something different and went to the gym instead of a long walk and worked out together. I love working out with him, we are very competitive and I 'TRY' and keep up with him. :) Try out the session below. Enjoy xx

20 second row / 10 med ball push up slams x 5
Squat row x 20 / 10 cals air bike/ 10 box jumps
Close grip bench 15 / Single arm row 12 each side / 4 chin ups
Core: Plank 1 minute / 20 crunches / 20 pulse ups X 3
