Circuit breaker

2km run to warm up with mobility stretches to start

 

Split Lunges 3 x20

Pushups to a T 3 X 10

Candlestick Jump Ups 3x 12

Alternating toe crunches 3x30 (15 each side) 

X 3

Squat jumps 3 x30

Burpees 3 x 15

Single Leg Dead lifts 3 x20

Plank 1 min

X 3
