All you need is 30 minutes lets go! 

 

Band close grip pull-ups 3 x12

MBall slams X 20 superset with squats - 4 rounds

Mball Slams x 20 Superset with Pushups - 3 rounds 

Mball slams x 20 Superset with reverse lunges - 3 Rounds

 

(Please note: I used a 10 Kg med ball)

And breathe and you will wake up the next day with your arms feeling amazing! haha and sore X
