Its a little confusing sometimes with so many shoes on the market right now, not knowing which shoe suits for what activity. I always have people writing to me asking when do you wear this shoe? Does this shoe suit running or a weights workout?
Its easy to just go for aesthetics and not what is functional for performance which will enhance you rather then cause injury. Trust me I love my shoes to match my outfit and thats why I have road tested these three variations of Nike Free shoes (hard job I know) to give a go to guide for which suits best for what? FYI the colours are amazing on each shoe!

I must admit when I first used these my feet/toes were a little sore but I was made very aware that this is quite common. So I head out on a 5km run and after the 3km my feet started to feel natural. This is the best shoe to run in so comfortable and lightweight.
