So I didn't have much time yesterday to workout so I choose a N+TC 18 min circuit to get me going for the day!

Christen Press' Session requires a medicine ball and a mat. Do below 3 times or follow her lead on the N+TC app. Goodluck! 

30 secs Forward Back runs with touch

1 minute walking lunges with med ball rotation

30 seconds diagonal bounds

1 minute side plank with forward backward touches

30 seconds Lateral forward jumps

1 minute single leg balance with reach knee tuck

30 seconds star jumps

20 seconds recover

Repeat twice more
