1 minute walking lunges with med ball rotation
30 seconds diagonal bounds
1 minute side plank with forward backward touches
30 seconds Lateral forward jumps
1 minute single leg balance with reach knee tuck
30 seconds star jumps
20 seconds recover
Repeat twice more
