Back into it today after a massive N+TC 5 hour workout on Saturday ( I will have a review of this soon) I had two days of rest and feel great ready to get back into it and work on my strength. 

Below is my 30 minute gym session that I did this morning give it a try and watch out for a video later in the week and lots more of sessions to be updated in this section.

 

Tri set 1. x 3

DB Floor Press x 7

DB Renegade rows x 7 

Db Squat Press x 7 

 

Super set X 3

MB Slams x 20

50 skips

 

Tri Set 2 X 3

KB Rev Lunge x 10 (each side)

KB Step up x 10 (each side)

V snaps  x 10
