I love working out outside but Sydney is horrible at the moment so in the gym we go! This workout had me shaking and not able to talk (which I love to do when I'm working out)
3 sets to failure: Close grip pull-ups(with resistance band)
2 sets to failure: wide grip lat pulldowns
Superset 1. (3sets) Dumbbell front squat x12 & weighted push up x10
Superset 2: (2sets) Med ball lunge x10 each leg & med ball woodchop x10
Superset 3: (2sets) Front db shoulder raise x 12 & side db shoulder raise x12
Core 45 secs -alternating hands to elbows plank
Ouch now breathe.. X
