I think your going to enjoy this circuit session it was hard towards the end but felt great to mix up things. Here you go;
Go to 1 then 2 then back to 1 then 2 and 3 back 1 then 2,3,4 and back to 1. Get it? add another one Until you have done all 10 through. It took me non stop 24 mins 24 seconds. Let me know how you guys go!!
