I am so sore still from the spartan race at ANZ Stadium on Sunday but needed to push through it with lots of stretching Monday.
Todays Session my calves were burning and I also had a Hip Hop class for the launch of Puma's new collection after this so I pushed it a bit much today but Im going to sleep well tonight and off to yoga tomorrow morning again!:)
Here we go.. 30 minutes
5 minutes on bike to warm up
3 rounds Below 1 min rest
1. DB goblet squat to calf raise (basically on your tiptoes after you squat) Ouch!
2. Reverse lunge with DB Swing (will do a video this week and post to instagram )
3. Switch lunge (forward to reverse) 10 each leg
4.DB Pushup and row 10
5. Cross body mountain climbers (10 each side)
