Walking lunges 3 x 12 (across the gym) 8kg DB

Box Jumps 3 X 20

Tricep extensions 3 x12 with skipping in between sets

Walkout Pushups (as seen on my youtube channel icon on main page) 3x 60 seconds = Ouch

Trx Squat jumps 3 x 20 with bicycle sit-ups in between sets

1 min rower machine max

Swiss ball stir the pots 3 x60 seconds

Planks One leg raises 3x 30 seconds (15 seconds on each leg
