My Melbourne Hotel Circuit

Just because its my Birthday mini vacay doesn't mean I don't exercise, quite the opposite.

I have visited the New Nike Studio here in Melbourne, One Hot yoga and attempted a 5km run that I got a little distracted with I love Melbourne ha!

So here is a little circuit I did in my hotel just to get the day started!

 

20 star jumps

60 second high knees

15 pushups

20 crunches

20/30/40 squats

1 min wall hold

Repeat 3/4 times as needed

 

 

Booty with a side of aggression
