You don't need to leave home to workout

So lets get into it then my home balcony workout, Lets go! I used Ankle weights but you can just increase the reps if you don't have them

 

This week the circuit is;

45 Seconds on 15 secs rest 4 Rounds

 

Criss Cross SQUAT jumps

Curtsy Lunges

Push up with leg kick 

Single less press ups

 

Ankle weights are everything!! X
