First day back in the gym after my 30th Birthday celebrations in Melbourne and although I worked out everyday when I was there it doesn't feel the same when your overeating and drinking to when your back home and being sensible (sometimes). Ha!
5am Session. Lets go!! Repeat below circuit 3 times.
Criss cross squat jumps x 12
Walking lunges 2 forward one back (all up I did 20 to get across the room and back)
Band over knees hip raises with 2 push outs x 12
Clams with band x 12
1 min wall hold
10 box jumps
After completed 3 times I did 10 minutes of combo boxing! Ouch I was drenched I love boxing more on that later.
