Work it or regret it

We all have those days when we don't want to work out and always regret it later don't we?

I had one of those days but instead of saying its to late I made up a circuit and worked out at home. It hurt I wasn't in the mood but trust me I loved myself for doing it. Video up on Instagram right now.
