Hello 2016
So goes the New year, new me slogan. But I don’t want to do that to you. So its business as usual in the fitness blog posts. Starting with the Instagram Video uploaded today and my Circuit below from Sunday.
I also want to share with you on a weekly basis my favourite activewear outfits because we all want to look good when we go to coffee after the gym. Or when we just want to wear our active wear and we haven’t gone to the gym at all right? We all do it.
So look out for these in the health and fitness blog section. Let me know what you think? I really love everything about fashion so to show this through my active wear to is amazing to me.
So lets get into it Kristy first circuit is a great one, if you are like me you might have a bit to drink or eat and you can do that. But now we work it off and get into 2016 and a better healthier you, sorry had to go the cliché road.

For me my arms are being taken care of in boxing and my posture exercises I am doing (ill share these later) so my butt needs some extra attention at the moment.
