Basketball inspired

My husband is basketball obsessed. So today I took a skipping rope down to the courts with him and did my circuit whilst he practised his 'game'. Ha!

Todays workout:

X 3 rounds

Skipping 60 seconds

12 squats

20 lunges

20 wrist to knee crunches 

 

X 3 ROUNDS

10 chest to floor burpees

20 x Jump squats 

5/10 push up to walk outs 

 

End with Walking lunges around the court, side to side shuffles, backward lunges and side to side shuffles. Check snapchat: agirlobsessed to see these.
