My husband is basketball obsessed. So today I took a skipping rope down to the courts with him and did my circuit whilst he practised his 'game'. Ha!

20 lunges
20 wrist to knee crunches
X 3 ROUNDS
10 chest to floor burpees
20 x Jump squats
5/10 push up to walk outs
