If you want to sweat it up do this circuit with no AC and when your apartment is like a sauna with this heat! OMG!!

I am drenched even writing this, thought I would write it before the weekend starts.

 

CIRCUIT 1. REPEAT 3 ROUNDS

20 straight punches

20 uppercuts
