So lets go! 45 Seconds on 15 secs rest 4 Rounds
Push up with jump out ( I love this so much always in my circuits)
Flat lay sit up to pike (try keep everything still especially legs)
Fire Hydrants or butt kicks
Cant wait to show next weeks circuits!
