Inspired

I always like to change up my circuits every week so I don't get bored.

I get a lot of emails asking where I get my exercises from as I'm not a Personal Trainer I am just a girl that loves to exercise. I am obsessed with finding new exercises to try out and test my ability. 

I love to find Inspiration from other Instagram accounts such as @victoriasecretsport, @amandabisk, @hannahbronfman and @iza_goulart.

I also love scouring fitness magazines and websites and I love the Nike Training Club App(which i do regularly).

 

This week the circuit is;

45 Seconds on 15 secs rest 4 Rounds

Push up leg Raise

Lunge to squat jump forward & back

Criss - Cross Squat jumps ( These killed me last week had to do them again)

Ouch!!!
