I absolutely love doing little circuits in between a long walk or run for me it breaks it up and doesn’t feel boring doing the same thing. I like challenges and working the whole body.
So for todays circuit I tried out some of my fave Nike Training Club App exercises and they don’t disappoint.
I love that you don’t need equipment for these exercises and you can get a sweat up and do it anywhere you want to.
