As much as I would love to back in Noosa like I was this time last week working out, there is nothing better then getting back to basics and working out by the pool in this beautiful weather.
I just posted part 1 of 2 of my Monday morning circuit and it was a killer I was inspired by Candice Swanepoel Victoria Secret workout I have seen over the years and put a few of these together.
So lets go! 45 Seconds on 15 secs rest 4 Rounds
Criss Cross Squat Jumps (killer exercise)
Squat with a kick (works your obliques like nothing else)
Half burpee with squat jump
