There is always room for dessert, right?

We have all been there (everyday for me) dinner is finished and you are craving something sweet  and we reach for that chocolate bar. STOP!

I found this great recipe that you can make ahead of time and put straight in your freezer and when you feel the need to binge scoop it right out. This banana ice-cream is so simple and healthy you will think to yourself why didnt I think of this before. 

All the ingredients are: 2 frozen bananas & Chia Seeds. You can also sprinkle over some cacao nibs to get that chocolate hit. 

Place in a blender and store in freezer. That simple and it tastes incredible. What do you think give it a try! X
