So if you have watched my snapchat (agirlobsessed) you would of noticed I LOVE my hand weights and I am obsessed with boxing and the way it makes my body feel.
So I came up with a sweat session at home that absolutely killed me. All you need is hand weights and if you don't have these fill up two water bottles ( trust me I've done this before it works).
10 burpees
20 straight punches
10 burpees
20 uppercuts
10 burpees
20 high punches
10 burpees
3 rounds and if you are up for it I'm going to try this next week is go straight through and work down from 10-1 with the burpees.
