I have been working hard in the gym lately but also doing 2/3 reformer sessions a week for the last 3 weeks and have been very very very very ( how many very's can I put here) Sore!!!
But I did a killer Circuit at home last week and I wanted to share it took me all of 20 minutes and I was drenched and laying flat on the floor for about 20 minutes after I finished.
5 x 30 Seconds Skipping or high knees if you can't skip in house or don't have one
2 x 20 Pushups ( 15 secs rest in between)
3 x 20 Dips (15 secs rest in between)
2 x 20 Jump lunges with 1 min wall hold in between each set
2 x 20 sumo squats with a hold at the bottom for 3 seconds (ouch)
2 x 30 seconds mountain climbers
