So I titled my latest circuit on Instagram as Dessert as its the song I used for the video and I'm putting together a Spotify playlist that I use when I workout and I love Rap music. Watch out for some new additions to my Active blog posts soon until then heres the circuit below.
2 mins of skipping ( I love to skip and something you can take away with you when you travel)
Jump squat to burpees x 12
Butt Kicks x 15 each side
Curtsy lunge into lift up x 12
X 3 (4 if you are up to it) Or I love to see how many rounds I can do in 12/15 minutes
