at home, I'm bored. Lets work out!

On Saturday morning I was home alone and felt the need to work out and get sweaty. So I moved the furniture around and got started. Here is what I did:

60 skips (Yes I skipped inside)

Boxing combo (with hand weights) Under, straight, over and hooks (30 each)

20 dips

X 3

30 hip raises 

15 butt kicks each side (with ankle weights) 

12 jump squats (with ankle weights)

x 3

12 Pushups

Plank with shoulder taps  ( 40 seconds)

30 second high knees

x 3

Dessert

so hot, hot dam!
