Sorry for the lack of Active updates its been so busy with the Wedding that i haven't had much time to update my sessions.
I am working on a blog at the moment about My body/confidence and hopefully have it posted next week really excited/nervous to share and i feel like for my readers and people that follow me on social media will give you an insight to my struggles with food/exercise/self esteem.
We all have struggles/problems that we face and i don't think you can really express that on social media you see only a snippet of someones life. Stay tuned!
Todays session was tough mentally and pyschically I'm struggling to get out of bed with lack of sleep at the moment which i think is contributed to by nervous/excited energy i have.
On as side note please let me know if you have anything you want to see on here or on instagram that i haven't already done or you would like more of. X
Workout:
Squats with 50kg bar : 10 x 3 sets
Deadlifts with 30 kg Bar : 10 x3 sets
Squat hold on Bosu 45 secs x 3
Skipping 1 minute/ box jumps 1 minute
High plank with arm walkouts 8 x3 sets (high plank and try to reach your arms out like you would if you were using the wheel to do a plank)
slow bicycles 3x20 with chest right up to knee
Roller stretch out
Then walked 6km home...Ouch legs x
