this week

With less then 28 days to my wedding i have stepped up my fitness schedule. This week is all about fresh food, no coffee, no alcohol, no bread & less sugar.

On the agenda:

Monday: 6km Walk & Reformer pilates at Dynamic Pilates in Manly 

Tuesday : Boxing at Soul Personal Training & Yoga at Power living in Manly

Wednesday: Pilates & Stretch

Thursday : Weights/trx

Friday: Pilates and Tennis 

Saturday: Run 

Make sure to drink lots of water and i will be updating my gym and circuit sessions this week big 4 weeks coming up. Who's with me?
