It is always hard to get back into it after the holiday season but with my wedding in 30 days my motivation is an all time high.
I have given up alcohol and coffee for this month of January just to feel better and have my skin look great for the day. (this will be hard for me especially coffee i don't drink that much so not that fussed about that)
So here it is my first session its a circuit Enjoy :

one legged deadlifts no weight
10 v sit ups

200 m row fast
6 headstand pushups
10 KB Deadlifts

5 burpees
2 laps of gym army crawls
x5
2 min bike to cool down.
